Thai Bodywork Sessions are deeply healing experiences on both a physical and energetic level. Sometimes called the lazy person’s yoga, Thai Bodywork Sessions work through a series of five different body positions to stretch all major muscle groups while mobilizing joints and limbs and increasing energy flow. The recipient will finish the session relaxed and energized.

May’s perceptive and caring touch guides each session. Drawing on her background in massage, yoga and meditation, she will tailor the work to your needs. In Thailand, the sessions are traditionally two hours or longer to allow time for the variety of poses and deep energy line work. Understanding the demands of busy schedules, May also offers deeply relaxing, fully satisfying Thai Bodywork Sessions lasting either one or one-and-a-half hours.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as yoga or workout gear and try not to eat for an hour or two before. The work is done on a comfortable mat on the floor and no oils are used.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please take the time to call if you need to reschedule your appointment, or you will be charged the full rate.
