A Private Yoga Session is a personalized combination of yoga poses and breathwork designed to make you feel at home in your body. Whether new to yoga, healing from an injury, or looking to deepen your current practice, a private session will open new possibilities for growth and movement. With so many styles of yoga available in so many venues, it can be daunting to determine which yoga is right for you. Together, we will work to craft a session that balances strengthening and stretching, vigor and deep relaxation.

May’s yoga training ranges from fast-flowing Vinyasa yoga, to the alignment-based heart-opening of Anusara yoga, to the deep release of Restorative yoga. Her experience as a Thai Bodyworker, and her original training in hands-on yoga assists means that you will feel safe and supported as you strengthen and open your body.

Private Yoga Sessions can either be a single session to enhance your work in public classes, or can be a series tailored to fit in with your busy schedule. May also offers customized recordings and digital photographs of your practice so you can bring it home or on the road.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please take the time to call if you need to reschedule your appointment, or you will be charged the full rate.

Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, paypal from your bank account, or paypal from MasterCard or Visa (3.5% fee added).
